Our Foundation & Specialization

Five Stars Plastic Industries (M) Sdn Bhd was strategically established in May 2004 with a clear focus: to become a key manufacturing partner for high-quality plastic containers in Malaysia.

From the onset, we concentrated our expertise on serving critical sectors, namely the Petroleum, Chemical, and Food Industries. This specialized approach allowed us to rapidly build deep knowledge and capacity tailored to the demanding standards and specific needs of these core markets.

Scale, Growth, & Capability

Over the past two decades, Five Stars Plastic has achieved exponential growth, rapidly expanding both our operational footprint and production capability.

We have scaled our annual output from an initial capacity of approximately 3 million containers to now producing over 25 million plastic containers per annum—an eight-fold increase driven by demand and efficiency.

This immense capability is powered by our state-of-the-art infrastructure, housed within our 43,200 sq ft production plant and warehouse. Our machinery now includes:

• 23 Blow Moulding Machines

• 7 Injection Moulding Machines

• Specialized units, including our 650-ton 20L pail machine, automatic wading machines, and labeling equipment.

Crucially, our team has grown from 20 founding personnel to over 120 dedicated employees who manage these operations daily.
